Petly Groom offers Swiss delivery conditions and free pickup in Lugano. The checkout shows the available fulfillment method for each order.
Delivery and pickup
- Place the order online and wait for confirmation before coming to the salon.
- Bring the order confirmation or pickup reference when collecting your items.
- Pickup timing follows the salon schedule and the current checkout confirmation.
Retail delivery conditions prepared
- Minimum retail order: CHF 10.00.
- Free delivery from CHF 59.00.
- Swiss Post: CHF 9.00 up to 2 kg, CHF 12.00 up to 10 kg, CHF 21.00 up to 30 kg.
- Delivery is estimated at 2-4 working days after receipt or order processing.
- Delivery is available only within Switzerland and is delivered to the front door.
- Planzer large parcels or equipment are calculated separately.
- The checkout shows the available fulfillment methods for each order.
