Terms of Service
These terms govern purchases, account use and access to Petly Groom digital services.
Orders and availability
- Orders are accepted after successful payment or confirmed reservation flow, depending on the active checkout.
- Product availability, images and source information may change when supplier data changes.
- The order fulfillment method follows the option shown in checkout, including Lugano pickup or delivery when available.
Payments and prices
- Prices are shown in CHF unless another currency is clearly stated.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe or another provider shown during checkout.
- Suspicious, duplicate or technically inconsistent orders may be limited or cancelled to protect customers and stock.
Account and acceptable use
Customers are responsible for keeping passwords, MFA codes and account access secure.
Protected areas of the website may not be scraped, attacked, bypassed or used to access another account.
