Delivery & Pickup
Delivery in Switzerland and free pickup in Lugano. You can order online and choose the available method for your order during checkout. The confirmed pickup point is Via Serafino Balestra 18, 6900 Lugano, Svizzera.
Delivery and pickup
- Orders can be collected at Petly Groom Lugano after the checkout or store confirmation is available.
- Pickup follows the shop opening hours: Monday: Closed | Tuesday: 09:00-18:00 | Wednesday: 09:00-18:00 | Thursday: 09:00-20:00 | Friday: 09:00-18:00 | Saturday: 09:00-16:00 | Sunday: Closed.

Retail delivery conditions
- Minimum retail order: CHF 10.00.
- Free delivery from CHF 59.00.
- Swiss Post: CHF 9.00 up to 2 kg, CHF 12.00 up to 10 kg, CHF 21.00 up to 30 kg.
- Orders are delivered in 2-4 working days from receipt or order processing.
- One parcel can weigh up to 30 kg including packaging, so an order may be split into several parcels.
Limits and large parcels
- Planzer is used for large parcels or large equipment, with the delivery amount calculated separately.
- Delivery is available only within Switzerland.
- Goods are delivered to the front door. Indoor carrying must be arranged by the customer.
- The checkout shows the available fulfillment methods for each order.
