Returns & Exchanges

Petly Groom reviews return requests carefully because many pet care products are hygiene, cosmetic or consumable items.

Return review window

  • Unused products in resellable condition can normally be reviewed for return within 14 days after pickup.
  • A receipt, order confirmation or payment reference is required for review.
  • Items are checked before a refund or exchange is approved.

Hygiene and consumable exclusions

  • Opened hygiene, cosmetic or consumable products are normally not returnable after the seal or packaging is opened.
  • Products damaged by use, storage or incomplete packaging may be refused.
  • Special-order or clearly non-resellable items may be excluded from exchange or refund.

Refunds and wrong items

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

For a damaged, wrong or incomplete item, contact anastasia@petly-groom.ch with the order reference and photos where useful.
